His professional and academic expertise encompasses international taxation, tax litigation, tax planning, economic and financial criminal law (including white-collar crime, corporate criminal liability, and tax-related offences), as well as customs law, excise duties, value added tax (VAT), and cross-border trade, with a strong focus on comparative, EU, and transnational legal frameworks.

He also contributed to the establishment and development of the Firm’s Spanish Desk, supporting its initial structuring and international positioning.

He founded the International Desk of SLTG & Partners in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and served as Italian Representative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates, acting as an independent and certified professional advisor, with a key role in assisting Italian and international clients in the Gulf region.

His practice includes extensive experience in Middle East tax structuring, international wealth planning, and cross-border advisory services, with particular focus on high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and international groups operating across Europe and the Middle East.

From 2023 to 2025, he contributed to the establishment of three distinct International Desks within H Advice International Network—namely the Malta Desk, the Singapore Desk, and the Gibraltar Desk—further strengthening the Network’s cross-border advisory capabilities across key European and international financial hubs.
